Fantastic bakery with a very beautiful aesthetic. Great for a morning run for sour dough bread, coffee or other drinks, muffins, Cinnabon, etc. Also lunch is a must with the sandwiches they make on their fresh bread. The staff were wonderful. It was my first time and they explained every single item that day with a smile on their face, patience and just complete care. Love the place, the people and the food! 10/10 FYI parking is in the back of the bakery and there is an entrance back there as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Born and Bread Bakehouse in Lakeland for a real estate seminar, and it was a fantastic experience. I had the roast beef sandwich and a slice of their lemon cake, and both were outstanding. The sandwich was one of the best I've had—the bread was incredibly fresh, and all the ingredients tasted high quality. The lemon cake was the perfect finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and a great place to spend a few hours. If you're looking for fresh food, great baked goods, and a comfortable environment, I highly recommend stopping by. I'll definitely be back!

I was really excited to try this bakery after hearing great things and seeing how beautiful everything looked. The pastries and food appeared delicious, but unfortunately, after the experience I had, I was no longer interested in trying my order. The entire pickup process left me shocked and disappointed. I placed an online order and received a notification that it was ready. I arrived just a few minutes later, checked in as instructed, and waited in the designated pickup area. After nearly an hour of waiting, I approached the counter because I had never been called. The employee verified that my name had been checked in correctly, but after looking into it, the employee realized my order had been sitting there the entire time. She seemed flustered and apologized, but there was no effort to improve my experience or a reasoning to why no one provided any updates during the hour I was waiting. As someone currently wearing a medical boot, this was especially frustrating. I try to limit how much walking and standing I do because of my injury. To be fair, I later realized curbside pickup is only available on Saturdays, so I understand that part was my responsibility. However, parking

I would put this as one of the best bakeries in Florida but I think that still doesn’t do the place justice. From its diverse selection of sweet & savory items to the decor. 10/10 all around. The staff if pleasant and fun and although busy the line goes down swiftly and you get your order in a timely manor for fresh. We had the crookie (decadent and flakey), the butternut squash croissant items (holy cow could have eaten 10000), then the pesto sandwich, and we took home their sourdough loaf with cold brew. I’ve been to bakeries and cafes across the world and this is right up there with my fav place in Mallorca.

We enjoyed a sandwich and a cinnamon roll. Both were delicious and the atmosphere inside is quite pleasant. Ordering ahead online is a good idea if you don't want to wait. We were not in a hurry, so waiting awhile for our food wasn't a problem. We look forward to going back.
